Batman is far more interesting than many other 'super' heroes - such as superman, the cardboard paragon of justice.

@Sulkdodds, I didn't mention superman, because I dislike superman, too..
I don't read much comics, I used to.. I forget the really cool superheroes.. the only one I can think of now is Spawn, he has pretty cool powers..

Most of the "Dark" heroes are the coolest..

Most superheroes who fight up close throw their enemies into lamp posts, buildings, ect.
I don't really have an exact scene in which they do these things, but they do.
In most movies, in alot of comic books.. I'll check some of my dads comics from the 60's (young superman, superman, people like that mostly.. I don't know if Turok counts as a superhero....)

Ok, in an episode, Lex Luthor was explaning to an audience about his new product. Superman came through the wall (breaking it, duh) and shouted something along the lines of "THATS A LIE!".

Destruction of Private Property, Disturbance Type 2, Criminal Trespass (because obviously Lex Luthor didn't want superman there), Riot (because he shouted words that could stir up the audience).

Also, in an episode of Batman, A police officer called to him to stop, and tried to arrest him. Batman ran. Police officer fired, Batman threw his little bat thingys, knocked out the gun in the officer's hands.

Evasion of Arrest. Assualt on Law Enforcement Officer.

In Justice League (IIRC, thats what its called) the red helmet wearing guy punched a pickpocket so hard that he crashed into a wall, making a crater.

In this case, it can be assumed that the pickpocket is DEAD, because when someone with superpowers punches you on the face and you fly into a wall, you're gonna break some bones, namely the ribs and the skull.


Murder - 2nd degree (even if the guy was a pickpocket, he did not posses a lethal threat and also the red-helmet guy was pretty much invincible, and therfore it was not justified), Destruction of Property (the wall).

Also, the superheros that fly around do not have permission by the local aviation authority, and superman once flew near 100 meters of a jumbo jet, in which its forbidden by law in most countries.

I really doubt it would be applied in that situation.

It's like the jaywalking law - it's designed to stop people walking in the road, not, say, crossing diagonally. Unless they're actually obstructing traffic it's not going to be enforced. Similarly, I doubt you're going to get charged with inciting a riot (I've never heard of this law you cite D: ) unless you're actually screaming anti-authority at a large and violent mass of people in the middle of a street.

Also, if superman is correct about Luther's new product, then Luthor can be prosecuted for false advertising.

But still, one guy was charged with Riot and Criminal Tresspass for handing out anti-fur leaflets in a mall, most specifically because a police officer asked them to leave, and they did not comply.


Thought of another one.

X-men, the second movie and the comics:
(movie) They enterred the president's room without permission.

(comic) They used their powers to destroy a hospital to get one of their members out.

(movie) They used their powers to steal secret information.

(both) They have automatic weaponary in the grounds of the so called school.

(both) Jet. Flying around.

Criminal Trespass/Unlawful Entry, Destruction of Public Property, Theft, Exploitation, blackmail, Uh... not sure what its called, but you can't posess automatic and automated weapons, Unauthorized flight, destruction of military property, attempted murder (the pilots).

TT wasn't my scene, but I guess a lot of effort went towards it. I just didn't like the western-psuedo-anime-style thing with the daft expressions and ultra-stylisation for particular moments. The animation in general was pretty fluid, mind.

Meh, if people want to bring it back, good luck to them. There are far worse programmes that persist on our screens...

Dude if I was in a tank or a mechanized infantry or an infantry man I would just run away when thing are looking very, very bad, like bad as in 50 or much more comrades and tanks just got greased by 2 people in front of you and then you see your buddies running away!! Runing away agents Raven or/and Terra their just no hope. Their is no one I know that would fight in a battle agents Raven or Terra and not run away… Even my buddies in the military said this about Raven or Terra. LOL

But agents X-men or Super man, well I get a different answer from them one is “They can be stopped…” Also same goes with every one ells I know...

Kryptonite doesn't affect superman immedeatly, does it? I thought it was a gradual thing. So, the first few bullets would still just bounce off of him, and as long as he, kicks them away or something, it's all good.
