Screenshot help

I have many a screenshot taken
in dod:s.

the problem is, they are tga files,
and i cant open them.

yes my cs:s screens are saved as jpegs, which i obviously
can open.

any help?

I think the command is "jpeg" or something in the console.

Did that, and i ended up taking 150 screenshots of the sceen
i was looking at. lolz.
