You'll have to convert the screenshots you already have with another image program. But in the console for TF2 or any source game type: bind F5 jpeg

Asus Newbie Joined Aug 22, 2003 Messages 10,346 Reaction score 0 Sep 19, 2007 #7 Im pretty sure it is default at 90% quality. You can put a number after it "jpeg 100" and it will change the compression quality. Jpeg isn't quite as good as TGA anyway. But it's smaller.
