i just downloaded and installed Source SDK, when i try running it i get this error:

MountFilesystem( 221 ) failed: SteamMountFilesystem(3284,221,0x3c7fbfc=,0x3c7fd0c) failed with error 114: Cache needs decryption

how do i fix this?
