So far ive only seen him once threw binoculars ..around when you drive the buggy.

after the chopper (or first if there's more) you jump a bridge, get a combine-stronghold, after that you walk around it to a dam thing and he's standing at the corner (zoom) he's there for about 5 seconds.

In the prison he's on the first security monitor you can use (cycle through).


I've only seen him twice as far as i know.

dont know if this is what chris meant but u see him stanging in the red barn when your on the hovercraft ( the red barn that was supposed to be a resistance stronghold)
