Serenity: Collector's Edition (Commence Drool-age)

Sold my original Serenity DVD and bought this a couple of weeks ago.
The additional bonus content is pretty good, but nothing that you can't find on the internet.

I think there was 1 or 2 new deleted scenes... and the outtakes are the same.

God, Firefly rules....

I wonder if we can expect a Blu-Ray release since this is Fox. This movie would be gorgeous Blu-Rayed.

I don't see why people are making such a big deal over serenity.... I saw it and thought it was good, but not like OMG AWESOME I'M GOING TO CUM IN MY PANTS or anything...

It's not because it's the greatest movie ever or anything, it's because it provides a pretty satisfying closing to Firefly's story arc. Serenity on itself would've been pretty average, but combined with Firefly it's awesome.

I'll probably pick this up sometime. I've not watched Serenity in a long time. In fact, I watched it before Firefly, so it'll be nice to see it now that I've gotten through those.

Btw for those who haven't picked this up yet.

I thought the first disc was the same thing that came with the original Serenity DVD, but there are a couple of new extended scenes (including a hilarious improv). The second disc has even more extended features, including some stuff about River.
