Seriously.. WTF STATS!!!11

So I've been playing all ranked servers lately.. and I absolutely hate how slowly EA/bf2s.com update stats. It's no big deal though, as long as they do update eventually. My problem is, I am not getting some of the badges or medals I've won.. 24+ hours later. And I got another gold medal evidently last night, which I sure as hell don't remember..

Can anyone explain why this is happening?

So now I'm getting medals that I don't remember getting, and not recieving ribbons that I know i got?

Seems like that's an issue not caused by overusing servers.

It would appear that EA has blocked all the public sites..

After speaking with reps from IGN (they run the stats server hardware, etc), I've been informed that community sites are now being officially and agressively blocked. THIS IS NOT MALICIOUS. Let me make it clear, while I love running this site, I was very clear from the get-go that it's operation takes a back seat to allowing the game to function. Thus, I completely understand and agree with the decision to do this. Community sites, such as bf2s.com, were causing the ingame experience to degrade because of increased traffic to the single stats server.

Resolution:
For the time being, BF2S.com is going to be quiet. Stats will stay are they are now, and player online/offline status will continue to update, but that is all. I have no more data stream. I have been told, however, that I can expect to public stat servers soon. Meaning: BF2S.com should be back in operation within the next two weeks. When that happens you'll know

That sucks, but was bound to happen. Oh well ~2 weeks isn't that bad to wait. Make a big jump in points from last time

Does this mean that we won't be getting our score kept track of for the next two weeks?

Or does this just mean that in two weeks, BF2S will be getting thier stream back?

If the latter, then that doesn't make much sense. Why block them out in the first place. Unless of course, they'll be getting another stats server.

Oh well, it's the fun that counts eh?

hmmm, im || this close to corporal, would like to get my unlock.
Why does BF2S and other stats sites not tracking mean all stats aren't tracking (BFHQ, for example)- i cant see my latest stats there either.

You can see your stats in BFHQ, but as said on bf2s EA is having a lot of lagg with their servers. They said everything you do for the next 2 weeks will in fact be recorded, so don't worry about that. It's just bf2s hopes to be back up later on.
