That is great, he doesnt look nearly as....mutated as in the first picture.

Looks like an actor, but I cant remember his name at the moment.

Actually I didn't do the first pic, only the second and third. Onager did the first pic - I think I probably have more experience in PS than him. Mine still look kinda wonky, I could clean them up but I don't want to do too much of my own art to replace what was occluded by beard/glasses.
