I think this is really cool.. considering how much i like the history channel.

The History Channel has released its ShootOut game allowing players to participate in 3-D recreations of the battles that shaped history.

The game, developed by KumaGames, will be released in an episodic format and will re-create the battles seen on ShootOut the series with amazing realism. It is an incredible, immersive experience that requires a PC with a video card capable of displaying high-end 3-D graphics.

System requirements:

- 1.4 GHz Processor / 2.4 GHz process preferred
- Minimum 512 MB RAM
- 128 MB Video Card
- DirectX 9 compatible graphics card
- Windows 2000/XP
- Broadband Internet Connection

I've always wanted to recreate scenes from Saving Private Ryan in DoD:S (Custom made maps of course).

I played that other Kuma game. Forgot the name. It was also episodic. Anyway, that sucked giant hairy balls.

Kuma war ...ya craptastic ..worst AI I've seen in a long time

wasnt Kuma going to switch over to source?

yeah, kuma switched to source, however they do a extremely poor job of it on the source engine. they should go back to a different engine beside the source engine...

if you dont believe me then look at this video.

the single player portion has error models everywhere and gay gameplay.

you dont even fight as a squad, all your teammates are idiots and just follow you around and die
