Approximately 3 hours until the first Space Shuttle since the Columbia disaster launches. Let's see what happens :O!

Mission could be scrubbed at any time if something merits it.

Hey, what ever happened to the comet blowing up? I never saw anything in the sky.

:(

It was a direct hit. If you were outside at the right time on July 4th looking at the right part of the sky you would've seen it.

I might watch it, whether it be on TV or the internets.

I'll watch it. Space travel is one of the few awesome things the government does.

...

What a bunch of dumbasses... watch something blow up in the middle of the sky on the FOURTH OF JULY! ... Wow ... anyone else see the brainlessness of this?

Aside from the window of oppurtunity it was chosen partially BECAUSE of the 4th.

It was just a tiny flash you could barely see though, only a few saw it.

Shuttle launch has been scrubbed due to a problem with the fueling process.

They simply haven't recovered from the utter pwnage from the other day. They're still showing screenshots of that headshot on tempel-1.

LMFAO..Come on NASA!! I want more spaceness. I love reading about space and everything..it's so interesting. Weird, that some dumb **** like me finds space interesting..\=

I have a gut feeling Battlefield 2 does enough sucking on its own!

I was really looking forward to watching this :(. Oh well, there's always a next time.

Thats odd, they reported Saturday on the live TV, and a few other reports. They said that the limit wait was 3 days, because they need to get into orbit with the satelitte. I said it might because I didn't know it was a sensor for hydrogen, or something like that. And they coudl ahve launched, but they had 2 hours, they are all about safety, so they aborted. And I though that to much Discovery Channel was bad for you, perhaps my friend was right.
