AKA Silent Hill Wii. It's a remake (recreation, retelling, whatever the devs want to call it) of Silent Hill 1 on the Wii. A PS2 and PSP verison is also planned. Sounds fecking brilliant. I really want to buy a Wii now.

Quick list of features:
- The flashlight is in, as in every Silent Hill game, but you can control its direction with the Wiimote.
- The dynamic shadows are supposed to be amazing; even the snowflakes cast shadows and there is no loss of framerate for it.
- No loading screens. All levels are loaded dynamically. The morphing of the town is also done dynamically.
- Bloody/Rusty Silent Hill has been replaces with Icy Silent Hill. When the world transforms ice storms start up and the world freezes over.
- The iconic radio has been replaces with an phone. You can call people (even 911) and recieve texts and voicemails. The sound (including the monster-generated static) comes from the remote. The phone also has a camera and the phones satnav replaces the map (you can also draw on the satnav with the remote).
- The random notes you find everywhere have been removed for more logical puzzles and storytelling. There could also be some L4D style wall writing.
- The game starts with you filling in a psychological profile and the game monitors your decisions to see what kind of person you are. The exchanges you have with characters, your progression and the monsters you fight will change depending on how the game profiles you.
- There are no weapons. You have to evade and outsmart the monsters while using the environment to your advantage. It's mentioned that you can use flares to drive back the monsters but this only delays them.
- No story changes mentioned other than how the game opens (and how the world is Icy instead of Bloody). Cybil confirmed as returning.
