SiN Episodes Delayed: ETA "Early 2006"

Don't worry Suicide, I'm sure all they'd like is something along the lines of a single, boring sentence.

"Sin ep is delayed till early 2006."

Oh no, then you'd be boring!!

It's not my fault I didn't notice for two days (I count 2:00 in the morning on Monday as Tuesday :P), but is is your fault that you didn't submit this as news as soon as you noticed. If you want us to be faster at posting news, help us a little instead of just poking us when we fall. Normally we don't post late news, but if it's important (and SinE is important) then better late than never.

Oh and whoever said I sounded like a 2 year old, I resent that! Although this news post was a little too informal; I wanted to go to bed and I'm sorry. They'll be more boring in future. It's just rather hard to think of something interesting and informative to write for every single news post, y'know?

OooOooo, how would i go about doing that?

Email suggestions and alerts to [email protected] or PM them to content writers. It's much appreciated and even if you don't get credited for the tip-off you do get a lovely warm sensation from helping out the site.

Also, I find SinE exciting because it's an adrenaline-pumping action-packed FPS set in a very cool sci-fi setting, with interesting (or at least pretty) characters and making good use of the Source engine for physics (like flipping up tables to hide behind) and awesome graphics. Plus riding in cars driven by AI that picks its own route through the city, other such interesting if not mind-exploding features and a truly episodic game meaning you'll be able to download and play in cheap easy chunks. And future episodes will be better and cooler, taking note of public opinion and suggestions. Personally I think it sounds great, and certainly if you only buy the first episode and don't like it you won't have wasted as much time or as much money as would normally be the case.

I think you kinda have a point there pu mi, and you always react harshly to anyone who criticizes valve, just as I get pissed when people unnecissarily trash mods, prolly cause Ive been a modder and theyre just amateurs trying to do good.

I think the problem he sees, I see, and alot of others see, who like me weren't half life 1 fanbois ( not meant to be insulting, im definatly a RE4 fanboi i admit), the problem isn't being a fan of the game thats irritating, its engaging in what i call "Valve Worship"

Thats why its so odd to see it from staff here on a HL2 fansite, cause its not about hl2, its about pushing and promoting every single thing that Valve is engaged in as the second comming of Christ.

Great that theres gonna be Sin Episodes, and I may pick them up after so many episodes cause I can hardly wait for a new season of House, much less 6 months for a new game episode. But the sycophantic nature of the posts sometimes, and the responses "go valve; valve you rock" etc etc, its frankly a bit disturbing.

There has been alot of games that I love, and very few of those I could tell you which company made them, maybe one or two could I even tell you a member of the staff.

I know you'll now call me a troll, but honestly im trying to get this through to ya that for every action, theres an equal and opposite reaction. when you have such blantant unconditional lust for a company, others will view that as strange, and react as so. Its the same as people who bash on religious folks and their gods, because to them its creapy to see that kinda stuff.

please no big war, sorry to go off topic, but this will happen pu mi. no need to get upset or angry at people who may not idolize valve and everything that they are a part of.

This man's tounge wreaks with blasphemy! BURN HIM AT THE STAKES!

did anyone else notice that the radar tower bares a strange resemblance to the one in Final Fantasy 8?
Now that you mention it...

As a consequence of this, and the release of Half-Life, SiN suffered. However, the fully-patched game was immense fun and well worth playing, even today.
Is the original coming out on Steam? That'd be a cool extra with episodes.

WRT the newsposts, I like them with a little opinion added personally - this isn't reuters, it's a fan site, and the news posts also serve as a mini-review as far as I'm concerned - and a review can damn well have some opinion on it.

This has nothing to do with how heartily I agree with "Mmm, redheads." ;)
