Developers should do more blogs for their games.

does sin run on the source engine ? .im asuming so seeing as how ritual is closely tied with valve with that said i dont think theyre using the engine to its full potential if u look at the ingame stuff apart form the fac that the characters are a lot more highres i really dont see the engine being used to render specular on the weapon , characters armor , the car , environment etc. it looks more or less like some of the games that came out b4 doom3 or hl2.

@ Chris_D Can I log in with my HL2.net account on sinepisodes.net?

I hate HL2's shiny weapons. You walk into a pitch black area and the spec on the weapon is still visible, it just looks dumb.

WOW, just WOW. If they implement the things the fans want, with the stuff they've mentioned in that survey, this could have such a sweet MP :D :D :D

EDIT: I'm off to play some Hidden: Source! :D

No, you can't.

SiNEpisodes.net is a completely independent site from halflife2.net. You'll just need to register :)

£7 per episode? Thats £42 all together, **** that.

Yet another who jumps in and makes assumptions.

Harryz... go to my site or the official site and look at everything that'll be on offer. Also consider that if you spend £7 and you don't like it, you've only lost £7... not £30 or indeed £42.

I've already read through the majority of the info and took the multiplayer survey. It does sound very convincing. But even if I love the first episode, is all 6 episodes worth £42? I guess time will tell.

The SP & MP combined sound too good to be true. I hope they pull it off :D

Well, if each episode contains 6 hours of gameplay like the first one then that's 36 hours of SP entertainment for just £42.

You have to remember that you won't be paying it all at once, but over time; if you were to lose £42 at once then fair enough, it might be a problem. But you're only losing £7 per 3-6 months, which really is nothing (kids get more than that with pocket money). If I had to spend £110 on World Of Warcraft when I first bought it, I'd be pissed off . But since I'm paying monthly, I'm not that bothered since I didn't lose it all at once.
