Site slowdown

is anyone else here experiencing severe slowdown of HL2.net?

i am, i couldnt even access it, it kept on timing out for a couple of hours

Yup, it took me about 4 or 5 minutes just to get into this thread from the main forum page. Whats going on?

hopefuly they will sort it soon, its taking literally minutes to load each page

Thank Goodness. I thought I offended the site somehow. I thoguht mods were locking me out
