He's expected to set at least two world records with the jump, longest jump (obviously), and fastest speed on a skateboard (on the way down the ramp). He'll possibly set the record for height as well. I mean, I'm scared of doing an ollie down some stairs, and look at this dude! He's insane.

Um, is it just me or is the ramp facing the wrong way... How is he supposed to go down that halfpipe and then launch off? He won't even be able to make it to the top of the long ramp.

Or am I not seeing this right.

You're not seeing it right. He goes down the ramp, up the half-pipe thingy, and then jumps over. If he was just going up a ramp, who would care?
