I've been keeping an eye on this one too. It looks to be pretty much right up my alley. Very original design and presentation combined with old-school retro plot sounds like a good time.

Yeah, and absolutely everything was done bluescreen so it could look like a living cartoon. The effect is quite striking, especially in the newest trailer.

I liked the Crimson Skies story, but I was dissapointed to find out the movie wasn't Crimson Skies when I saw the trailer in the movie theater.

Everytime i look at that movie, i get all 'superman animated 1940'ish series' about it....very stylish.

Btw those robots looks exactly like the ones that are in the old superman cartoon series i mention....can't remember which episode though...sorry
