Horaaa!! First snow of the season for us. I live down in pittsburgh, pa. We got like 2 inches!! It's a winter wonder land!!

Maybe we'll get a christmas with snow this year, it's a bummer waking up on christmas morning with mud and dead leaves outside.

Here in Australia, we currently have a lot of what we call "Not-Snow".

Wherever you go, you see people pushing their way through this Not-Snow, the effort of which makes them sweat. Not-Snow also has wondrous insulating qualities, which adds to the sweating. And it's invisible.

Being caught in the middle of an Not-Blizzard is not pleasant, especially when the temperatures soar high enough to scorch the grass, or even start a bushfire.

Not-Snow falls from Not-Clouds, which are completely transparent and let the full force of the sun's rays through, causing many people to develop zinc deposits on their faces.

You'll be happy when the atmosphere desintigrates am i rite?

Not really, because then there'll be nothing to stop people being hit on the head by falling stars.

Or pieces of Mir space station. :)

Must be nice never having to shovel out your car, or that first shock when you jump in the cold seats and grab the subzero steering wheel. Meanwhile the defroster is on full blast and only starts to heat up when you just pull into the parking lot at work.

Well, where I used to live (which was in the middle of the desert) you get an entirely different problem, the problem of plastic-seat-sweat.

Having a plastic car seat cover sticking to your bum is not pleasant. Especially when you have to fart, and it comes out sounding like a piccolo.

Fortunately they also make leather and cloth seat covers.

I live in Canada, and there is not much snow on the ground atm.. which is good, because I dont have to shovle the damn driveway or sidewalk yet :cheese:

Too bad there are TWO bloody blizzards on the way :(

i know that feeling. the plastic is really hot when you sit down and then it starts sticking, ick.

it never snows here; used to get some snow a few years ago but not anymore. it didn't even get cold this year until today, and it wasn't even very cold anyways. tonight we're supposed to get temperatures below freezing... for less than 2 hours.
