Some habits are worse than others. But I'm fine with Sinky and others doing this thing since it's less a bother to others.

I guess your best option is to import from Norway or Sweden. Try "Göteborgs Rapé", it's pretty nice.I'm sure you people think it's gross and all, but this is day two for me without a single cigarette, and it feels so good to finally have my lungs back.
Also, i'm not talking about chewing tobacco or snuff. This stuff is like pasteurized tobacco in a little pillow that you just put in your upper lip, and it makes your gums tingle a bit while giving you a buzz. You don't really spit until it gets stale and starts to drip.
SO, back on topic, any varieties in particular that I ought to try? I wanna order some legit snus online instead of sucking on this marlboro shit, but I have no idea what's good.

Generalizing the danger among all tobacco products is unscientific and complete propaganda. While I can't really speak for the Camel SNUS brand as the ingredients in it are unknown. The SNUS sold in Sweden is regulated as a food product and everything that goes into it must be safe to eat. The Camel SNUS is an inferior product in quality however.
There is a huge difference in the tobacco used to make snus than other forms. Snus tobacco is steam cured and pasteurized. This greatly cuts down on the amount of carcinogens. (Tobacco Specific Nitrosamines, or TSNA's.) Normal American snuff (dipping tobacco such as Copenhagen) typically contains 127 parts per ml, while snus sold in Sweden typically contains 2.7 parts per ml. Nitrosamines are also found in Beer, fish, fish byproducts, meats, and cheeses. This substance can cause cancer in high enough amounts.
Studies done on nicotine by itself have shown that it does not cause cancer in healthy tissue and has no mutagenic properties. However, it does slightly interfere with programmed cell death. (destruction of worn out cells in the body that are no longer needed) Nicotine has also been shown to reduce the effects of ulcerative colitis, and aid digestion. It has also been shown to interfere with breast cancer in women as well as atopic disorders such as allergic asthma. This is due to nicotine acting as an anti-inflammatory agent. There is also a large body of evidence that people who use nicotine have a lower chance of getting Parkinson's Disease or Alzheimer's. It is currently being researched as a possible treatment for Parkinson's and ADHD. Nicotine can also be found in tomatos, potatos, green peppers, and eggplant.
The Swedish government has done extensive studies on snus and have found no evidence that it causes oral cancer. Sweden also has the lowest smoking rate, and the highest snus use rate among males. They also have the lowest cancer rates for males in Europe.
Tobacco becomes dangerous when it is burned, in the curing process, and while smoking. Burning alters the chemical properties of the plant, converting it into many harmful carcinogenic substances. But so does burning any other material.
The ban on oral tobacco products occured in the European Union shortly after U.S. Tobacco companies attempted to market Skoal dipping tobacco there. (A fire cured oral dipping tobacco product.) The ban was put into place because it was found that these fire cured tobacco products are in fact dangerous and cause cancer.
Sweden joined the European Union after the ban was already in place, but would only join if they were not subject to the terms of the ban. Due to this messy legislation, there are only a few countries in Europe where it is legal to buy snus. Yet cigarettes are still sold in all countries in Europe. This is illogical, and as such, there are court cases under way over there to get the ban lifted on snus.
Swedish Snus is in fact a lot safer than smoking as there is no risk of lung cancer, and safer than fire cured chewing or dipping tobacco. It is also less expensive and safer than prescription drugs used to treat smoking addiction with fewer side effects. In short, steam cured pasteurized tobacco used in snus is about as harmful as caffeine. But don't just take my word for it. Search for these research studies online yourself. Learn for yourself instead of just going along with what other people say without backing up their claims.
You guys do realize that the likelihood of getting jaw/gum cancer from it is even higher than lung cancer with cigarettes, right?
You do realize you have no idea what you're talking about? Becouse you don't.
Edit: TechnoHippyChic got it right there. Good girl.
Sinko, don't listen to a Monkey. It's Grov snus or Ettan you want. Göteborgs Rapé, might have the best name, but the snus taste like ****ing peach.

Hey, at least we can't get addicted.I haven't heard of Snus, I just figured it was the European version of dipping. I find both to be gross but as someone who has never tried either my opinion counts for very little.
That having been said, Sinko is a disgusting human being as are the rest of you nicotine craving lunatics. (takes a bow and fills up the vaporizer all the while not feeling like a hypocrite.)

This should satisfy all questions:
Blargh.
