The e-mail was from Valve's Director of Marketing, Doug Lombardi. He release a press release saying that the game was delayed. And since, it has been confirmed once again by himself, Erik Johnnson (Valve's Project Manager) AND the several other fan sites that received the e-mail. The game IS delayed. It is.
