So I Went to a Gym Today...

I stack the shelves at tesco a couple of times a week (usaually water or tinned food as well :(...But on the plus side i put on a stone(14 pounds i believe) since working there and it isnt fat :D

I also ride my bike everywhere now. Its about 3 or 4 miles to collage (I've left now, but the place I'm going next year is a similar distance). I like ridding my bike for fun as well, usaually late at night when there are no cars (Especially one road which is basically a very very big hill, which takes a long time to get up but you can set off speed cameras on the way down :)). If its a nice day though, il go riding anywhere really.
 
30 push-up's on the fists and about 10(depends on my mood) vertical push-up's.

I havnt done all that much since last september when I moved from nottingham to near newcastle! But I will get bk to what I do later..

I used to do 100 pressups every night (In one go!! :D) sometimes up to 120! :)

I used to do tai kwon do on wednesdays, thai boxing on sudays (Knackering btw..) and sometimes ju jit su on the wednesday too. :)

I also did a bit of curling with 10 - 20kg weights on each arm.

In addition I would do badminton on a saturday, football a few times a week with mates, and sparring with my brother who would teach me about the martial arts he did. :p




HOWEVER!!

Since moveing... I can now only do 85 pressups at once (At a stretch) I can curl only about 15kg max, I am depressingly unfit aerobically and I aint flexible in the slightest anymore.

Hell even my damn six pack has allmost gone! :(




But! I will soon be joining the local gym, kung fu and possibly start badminton again. :)

Might also do ju jit su again or purhaps another one this time. :)
