I feel sad for all the people that are buying CZ just for the beta. I would get the kicks out of CZ owner's anger after I hear Valve say "Uhhh sorry to say but there is going to be no beta test"....... god that would own.

Haha no I got CZ like 2 weeks after it came out. That would be pretty damn funny if in about 2wks they said "nevermind we aren't putting out the beta."

A lot of people think this game is coming soon but I really do think valve is going to take another long while to release it. Something is bound to go wrong with beta testers or VU...some mix up.

i'll get cz after the beta is out to get the beta probably. but if i hear it's total crap/not worth it, then i'll forget it. but if it turns out you need to own CZ prior to the beta release to actually get it, then i would get CZ, although i wouldn't get it for more than $30...

Well they have been trough it all before, when they released Steam on beta a while ago. I think the have learned something, and therefore they are only taking CS:CZ- and Cyber Café steam crap edition owners as betattesters

condition zero is actually worth it... go buy it off ebay for like 13 bucks its sweet deal man, if you play coutner strike, then you definitely cant miss out on cz

Yeah, I just recently bought my copy off Ebay as well for $15 (13 + 2 dollars "shipping"). I think it's definitely worth it... while I don't much like the single player, the upgraded graphics along with a slightly better community make it worth it - and I'm not even a big CS fan. Of course I never would have purchased it if it wasn't for the Source beta, though!

The best part about CZ is having two human players go against 20+ bots on expert difficulty. The catch? The bots can only use knives and the humans use weapons. It's the most fun I've ever had with CS.

No you see , I thought CS:CZ was like 20-25bux. Turns out , its still 40bux.

I was thinking ebay too , as long as they dont have their jollies with my CDkey and thus rule me out of CS:S. I just want to play around with the finished engine/physics!
