Will these forums be used as clan forums? Or will there be individual clan forums like whats left of HL1?

I know that all the clans in valve (HL1) mostly revolve around gamers.com forum like: http://boards.gamers.com/messages/overview.asp?name=umL_public (btw, uml is one of, if not best clan in HL1)

or will these forums just be like a reference where ppl chill and have there own clans forum/site elseware? will gamers.com forums be used for hl2? :afro: ??!?!?/!1

HLDM was great... sure we all got bored of it eventually but i played it online for about 2 years after release and during that time there was a huge number of servers and players playing it. That started to die down once all the mods where released but there is still a comunity playing it and its fun to give it a go every so often.

also, HLDM takes way more skill than any other mod.. the first time i played cs and dod i was pretty decent at it, and coulod easily compete with some of the better players..

you try playing AG (hl1 mod same thing, just all the leets play it) and you will not get one frag.. it takes a person a year before they get decent at hl1.. trust me tons of ppl think so

BUT, lets just hope every1 from dod, cs, and hl1 go to hl2 so it will be the best and most online played game in the world

some of you guys are so wrong, do you realize how much skill HLDM takes??? Not to be good on pub servers. I'm talking about hardcore AG servers, or as I like to call it, Hyper DM. It takes incredible skill to play well. Seriously, go join an AG (Adreneline gamer) server, you will get 0wned 100 times over.

Jeeze this thread has turned silly trying to compare which games require more "skill" to play. In my opinion almost all games require "skill" to be good at them(not counting chance games and very simple games, etc). And trying to claim one game requires more skill then another is just ridiculous.
