So we are supposed to trust saddam when he has a history of defying the weapons inspectors?
HOW? He didn't have what BUSH wanted (WMDs). We know that now and we didn't then did we? Again, are we supposed to trust Saddam after over a decade of defiance?
Then why did it list the names of companies outside the US? Because countries outside the US aren't subject to US laws rules and regulations. I will tell you why, to make it look like the countries that disagreed with the invasion were helping Saddam while Americans weren't.
