In law, in morals it's a whole other story. Someone who kills someone because they're black and someone who kills someone because they were mean to their son is still going to be perceived differently. Both are totally unacceptable and despicable.. but somehow just in human nature the first example is just more vile. In law, it's not, which I stated they should be tried for attempted murder- head stomping makes it so, regardless of intent it is seen on film. If it's seen on film a guy began shooting at people at the mall randomly with no real motive, he is still getting attempted murder. Kicker is they can get them on government property too, and some other charges legitimately.

again, I'm no lawyer but I dont see them being charged with attempted murder ..again you'd have to prove intent ...oh and that guy with a gun doesnt wash ..the gun is a lethal weapon that is made to kill ...cant say the same about a man's boot

i second that assault shouldnt be wrong for who u do it to even on a moral level tehre should be no difference between assaulting a man on the road or the president morally.
the same applies to gender hitting women shouldnt be wrong because the person is female it should be wrong because the person is a human being.

They aren't getting stiffer sentences if caught. They'd get attempted murder just as anyone else. I'm glad that they CAN get even more DIFFERENT charges on the grounds of harming government property, though. I wouldn't weep if this type of scum was wiped off the planet, it'd be a better place.

It was not premeditated, that doesn't mean there was not intent to kill them. The fact that they knocked him out and THEN kept stomping on his head shows intent to kill him. If they wanted to beat him up/cause pain he's out cold and no longer feeling it, stomping the head is the attempt to crush his brain.
