Some more photorealistic Human Renderings...

that jap girl quality...
i don't think you'll see this earlier than at least 10 years. cmon there's a little difference to HL2 here...

...well a silicon graphics system would probably do it in a few hours then that jap girl or even faster..i do not render...only some friends of mine on their mac..if it's 3d it's a well done job indeed that R Crowe..i just saw that he was fitted onto the background ...

Always funny to see that men render their women always with "perfect" shapes :D

I read in the paper one day that we may have cinema-quality graphics as early as 2006, most definitely by 2010.

source: USA Today

we may have cinema quality gfx then, but only the people with the top-0-da-line rigs will be able to expeirence them

heh heh, you know some of those pictures could technically count as porn. :cheese:

Greetings all. I've been lurking around these woods for a few months now, digesting scraps of your hl2 media links, discussions, and tidbits. Thanks for the free meals

On to the point of this thread....

Not too long ago there was a discussion on photorealistic human renderings and, of course, the implications for the immersive games of tomorrow. Ten minutes ago I stumbled upon this stunning Japanese cg chick, rendered with 3ds max and Brazil. My hat goes off to the people at Bean Magic.

Dude, is it possible to fall in love with a computer image? Does that make me sad? Yes.
