it's a lot harder to claim bias when there's video of them making a direct statement that saddam is no threat to the US. I believe Nemesis purposefully steered the conversation towards bias because he could not explain why the bush admin completely flipflopped on policy in a matter of a few months

also, I think the US purposefully refused to sign the ICC because they probably saw this sort of thing coming ..no american can be tried on foreign land for warcrimes ..the US made sure they had that base covered
