Some recoil problems [ counter-strike 1.6 ]

I know it's HL2 forums but I have not found any other place to ask this question...in steam forums none tried to help me :/
Okay till now I had Gforce4 mx440 128mb- CS worked cool with gr8 recoil, Few days ago I brought Radeon 9600 pro 128MB installed last drivers tried to play counter-strike and the recoil is kinda shitly...why the lesspowerful card (teh gforce4) runs cs better ?
Maybe in this card I should use diffrent cfg or smth? if the answer is yes I would like to get some cfgs or commands that should improve it ...tnx.
By the way I'm almost sure that it's not some server problem- I'm playing in the same servers all the time and never had this annoying proB before.

A graphics card change shouldnt affect recoil in that way... Are you running in a different resolution?

Maybe you just have a different feel for the game, and need to adjust to an increase in frame rate.
