I joined this particular forum because it was the first on the list when I googled "half life 2 forum".

I registered to join in on the sourceworld logo competition. Ever since then I've been poking my nose into discussions here and there. This is by far the most comforting Half Life 2 community I've come across

I was just looking some chat rooms in the Mirc related with Half-Life2 so I happened to find this HL2.net site so I just joined spontaneously. I´ve joined buch of other forums just for fun, look around, and then forget about them, but wonder of wonders, I still keep coming here

A little similar to my story except I don't come here a lot because I forgot all about this place.

But I was playing TFC and some guy had an [HL2.net] tag in front of his name so I thought I'd check that out. Turned out it was nothing! So then I typed it all out with Halflife2.net and found this place.

i saw that hl2 didn't have a multiplayer so i began to scour to figure out what the deal was, and somewhere in my travels i stumbled upon this site...maybe it was from one of the valve info threads i forget. anyways, i figured it seems like a fairly good community, and i'm getting more interested in hl2 and cs:s, so i thought i would give it a check.

I don't remembre how I stumbled upon these fourms... but I have really grown to like them, the majority of people here are very nice and always helpful, so I'm addicted now. As you can see I am posting on a fourm at 6:40 AM, I really should be getting to sleelp some time soon...
