Something's wrong

I haven't played this game for about close to 5 months. Anyway, this afternoon I tried to get back to play CS source, but the damn thing won't launch for some reason.

I see the loading time on my mouse, but after that nothing shows up.

Any ideas?

Already did. That didn't really help me at all. Just wasted my time waiting for it to install.

Close down any programs that might be taking up a lot of RAM?

I don't have any program activating except firefox and steam. And that doesn't take lot of ram spaces.

Maybe your firewall blocks internet access? Otherwise, I suggest you go to the steampowered.com website and submit a support ticket. They do answer.

This is just a shot in the dark, but type -fullscreen in the launch properties.
