Song Query

If anybody here has seen the Machinima "Civil Protection" there is an intro song which I remember hearing in Half Life 2, and I would like to know what that song is called, could anybody here tell me?

1: That song isn't in Half-Life 2 or any other game in the series.

Oh, well sorry about that then, I does sound similar to another piece in the game though.
