I gotta say i will be furious if this is a 360 exclusive. If its for both systems i will still be disappointed simply because the game is capped being on the 360 rather then PS3. I have both consoles so it doesnt effect me playing it.

Meh. After 4 its 99.9% probable to be crap anyway. For goodness sake they couldnt even get the title right for a start. Also kojima must be a bit slow if he still though raiden would make a good protagonist.

I don't think Kojima is involved in the making of this game much..I recall reading he isnt to happy about this game coming out.

Yes the PS3 is hard to develop for yes its stupid they went with this crazy CELL processor that doesn't make it easy for develepors but right now between the consoles its simply has the most potential and when this potential is used you get games NOT POSSIBLE on the ****ing shitbox that has a 30+% fail rate which by itself is ludicrous.

How is it a ****ing joke a 360 breaks? I don't get it its like these ****ing people are proud their console breaks...

What im saying is this game IF released on the PS3 ONLY made by Kojima (which i don't if he is involved) would not only look better, play better, function better.

Agree, unless you're talking about releasing for PC and the consoles. Then a good game can be completely destroyed, in my opinion at least.

I hardly think Koj developing for a 'lesser' system like the 360 will alter his vision of what he wants/aspires to develop. If there would be any change, I say it would be only negligible. MGS4 wasn't mind-blowing graphics wise.

Eh, I like my PS3 more than 360, so I guess that could be a fanboy, but I don't dislike where MGS is going. Just because the PS3 isn't the only console getting it doesn't mean anything. It's not like they are denying you from getting it.

I would bet a TON of expensive gifts and treasures that if MGS4 went to 360 that there would be even more outrage than the already disgusting showing.

Anyway, wasn't it pretty much assumed that the next MG title would be multiplatform? Or was that forgotten when Kojima's Next site came out?

Still, hopefully Sony will have bigger news than the new PSP MG game to discuss in a little while.

Now answer this, why is it that all the PS3 big shot games look better and animate better then the 360 big shots if your console is indeed more powerful?

1) You didn't prove that they animate better in a screenshot.

2) You are hand picking screenshots that you like for the PS3. And you proved it right here:

Different game engines have different strengths and weaknesses, as do artists of course, so comparing different games is like comparing the graphics of Mario to Call of Duty (which both are featured on the Wii)

The PS3 is theoretically more powerful because of its nonparallel multi-threading and general Cell architecture, but the 360 is more powerful in the real world because people can actually code for it. The gap closes year after year as PS3 developers get better.
