But, I was curious about the whereabouts of NJD2003 until I found his username, and looked at his last post; http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?p=961667#post961667

I now realize he left, and most of the people here think he was a scammer. Well...I found out his address, and his phone number. I live reasonably close to him, well, in all seriousness, my sister does live really close, like an hour or less away. I might be the only one who still cares about this, but should I call him up and find out the truth? I always believed him from the start, but now I have my doubts. I am just being curious, and I dunno, for some reason I do care. The main reason being he lives so close to me.

My god I hope this thread doesn't turn into a flame war or something retarded, because it is not meant for that at all.

He said he had cancer, but a lot of people did not believe him. He said he had to sell his computer for Medical fees, and implied everyone should buy him a new one, or call Valve or something (well..some people brought the idea up, and he had no objections).

Near the end everyone just thought he was a scammer. And then proceeded to tell him to go to hell.

Sorry but lets not drag this up again, he got caught out for trying to scam his "friends" and others around here, and did the first mature thing he'd done and left the forum, for good hopefully.
