Sound Problems

Hey everyone,

I've searched this forum and havent found an answer to the sound problems I'm having. During certain scenarios where there is a lot of sound going on (ie. turrets, bots, machine gun, shotgun), the sound cuts out on some bits (little or no sound of the gun firing, but I can still hear the bullet casings drop).

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm unsure of whether its the game or my soundcard. Thanks in advance for any help.

i think ive had that problem. its like none of the sounds work but the EAX is still active and you can hear echos and gun fire.
this was in a different game though.
