Source Dedicated Server

My Source Dedicated Server won't let me have bots in the game, in newb mode it tells me it can't be put in single player mode, and in console mode it crashes.

Can anyone help me out. I can fix the problem but I won't be able to run it on the internet while being in game. Put all the css files in the dedicated server folder lol, then it will allow bots, but when its on the internet and I try connecting it tells me invalid/expired steam ticket.

Doesnt that mean you have to re-login?

Yea it means you have to log back in. But it tells me it is expired because the server is connected to steam or whatever with the login.

If you're hosting AND playing via the same connection, you'll need to use the LAN IP (if you're behind a router) to the server. If you are hosting and playing on the server computer from outside of a router (or even while behind one, if you'd like), you'll need to use 127.0.0.1 as the IP. This I know as I have done it numerous times in the past.
