source sdk base not working !! plz help

Desperate help ive tryed so hard , Ive stayed up all day all night..
I finaly died. I wake back up and still cant get Source SDK Base to work.
Please help me I cant run any third party mods. when I run it it ses

' hl2.exe has encounted a program needs to close'
Appname: hl2: AppVers: 0.0.0.0 Modname: Shaderrapidx9.dll

Then I just click click Dont send error file. Since whats the point seriously?

I have Half life 2 installed and the Insurgency mod. I can run half life 2 fine.
but when it comes to the Insurgency mod it wont launch. Same error as when
I try to open Source Sdk ase. Im guessing the mod wont work because Source SDK base wont.
Ive tryed heaps of things all day and all night, yet no progress. Its still not working.

Whats the problem???

Chill, someone surely has the answer.
But I don't...I'm just here to say: Don't stay up all night for something so un-important.
It messes up your thinking.

try uninstalling and reinstalling the base. i do have a feeling it has something to do with your direct x and shaders..
thats all i see for now. and kevin, you posted everywere..
