* Added XSI addon for importing and exporting SMDs
* Added simple SDK bot sample code for adding bots to your mod
* Added source files for six Half-Life 2 single player maps
* Added interface plugin to add bots to mods
* Fixed resource leak in the SDK launcher and vconfig utiity
* Added bspzip tool -- allows you to compile custom content directly into a .bsp

My SDK seems to have not been updated,

Exit and restart Steam. There should be a bunch of dots on your Steam system tray icon which indicates that it's updating. You can check the monitor window...

You need to run the SDK menu. (Play games -> Source SDK). Until you do that, nothing gets unpacked from the .gcf files. You'll see a progress bar if it's working.
