Ahh alright, is it worth upgrading from the z640s though? Or will there be very little difference? Also if I do upgrade I am going to use my z640s for my xbox, would it be better than my TV speakers?Asus said:I'd recommend the Z5300's for a great upgrade.
The z640's are awesome and can use digital, if you use a digital output from your PC.
The Z5300's are very very close for sound performance and they use the analog outputs from your soundcard.

Synthaxx R-or said:Depends, if you have a small room and/or crazed neighbours then NO!.
These things produce so much bass (even on the lowest sub setting) that it can litterally make your ears pop in a small room.
I tried them in my own room (wich is moderately small, about 20 square meters), and after running through half a track of trance I had to clean up for an hour to get things back to normal. (several of my technics lego "showpieces" fell out of their cabinet and burst into pieces when they hit the floor )
They abolutely rock that hard (and I can't stress that enough )
TheHitman5 said:I have the logitech Z-560's ( which use the exact same sub + wattage to the sub ) and they are NOT that powerful. They do shake the walls though and have tons of bass, but if you have 600$, spend 325$ on the klipsch ultras, they really are a lot better than the logitechs in terms of sound quality

I've been told they are killer and they pretty much "Sonically" and "quality" wise, beat logitech and klipsch.
True?
