i before e, except after c, or when sounding like a as in neighbor or weigh.

he does sound ticked off, but it could be that gordan decieves g-man and not the other way around, and this is why gman is in a bit of a mood.

hopefully soon we shall find out :)

Think about this:
Alex says "don't worry"
The gman says at the end "We'll see about that". In other words, worry... as yoda would say
"worry, we will"

Early HL2 Vids for E3 had the gman say something at the end. Maybe this is no diffrent,

Or maybe it's from the game, but yeah he does sound mad...

Maybe the Gman gives you a choice (like in halflife 1 in the end where you could either stay or get off, though only 1 let you live) and this time if you choose against him, you wont die, but maybe you wont get his help anymore. And he's a little ticked off cause he saved your butt from that explosion and you leave anyway. Then he throws you in the rubble where dog find you :)

Maybe it has nothing to do with anything else you saw in the trailer, and was put
in to throw everyone off of where it really connects.

IIRC, Trailers for HL2 showed the G-Man at the end of the trailer, but the footage was taken from the beginning cut scenes of the actual game.

I still say somebody stole the lunch from his briefcase, and he really wants it back.

you're probably right man. maybe not to throw people off, but just to sound cool since everyone in the community appears to love gman

you're probably right about his lunch too!

To whom is the G-man referring? Did Gordon tell him of a plan the Combine has for retaliation, and the G-man is expressing his feelings about this? Is the G-man jealous about a love interest between Gordon and Alyx? Without at least some kind of context, we will go in circles about this.

Sufferin-Rebel has some context, with the Nihilanth's quote. Still too vague for me though.

I think Adrian Shepard and Barney join up to free Gordon's, eh, "indentured servitude" to the G-man. Don't get me started about Alyx!

I agree, I think the Gman is trying to say "Oh ya?"

Nihilanth says "Decieve, he will decieve you"
not "Decieve you will Decieve you"

Well, well. Isn't this just like... Old times.

Perhaps the G-man offered a false outcome to the Xen race, which is why the Nihilanth says what he says: "Deceive you, he will deceive you". Maybe hes trying to warn Gordon not to trust the G-man, saying all may seem good and well now, but he'll betray you. Perhaps its the reason why the Nihilanth is in shackles and imprisoned.

I think after Breen, Gordon should go after the G-man next. Kill him and steal whatever device he must use to teleport, stop time, etc etc. Unless he's some kind of magical Father Time wizard from another dimension, he must have a device. It's probably in his briefcase. Then Gordon can use it against the Combine and somehow restore mankind...
