I'm having trouble getting the car across the bridge. Once I jump across the bridge tilts back down the wrong way and I can't get across. Anyone have a hint for me?

take all the cars off the bridge or move most of them away from the far side of it. the bridge acts as a seasaw. also its a similar puzzle the the one in hl2 with the bricks.

I was thinking it was like a see-saw and moved all the cars to one end to try and make it go down... didn't work though.

I have not tried removing all the cars from the bridge after I ramp over there though.. so thanks I'll give that a try.

apparently, i got the non see-sawing bridge

can't get it to move back down.

on the right side of a bridge there is a truck and when you jump on the right side of the bridge it will collapse causing the bridge to then act like a seasaw

Yes, I can get it to collapse the first time, but when I ramp the car across it see-saws back the other way and I can't continue on across. Unless I have to somehow jump past the pile of cars on the first try and keep going before it swings the other way.

If you push them down to your end (so it ramps the correct way) you should be able to jump over them if you get a decent moving start.

How do you do that with out jumping over there? As soon as I jump over there to clear the path the bridges swings up.

I got it to work correctly bu pusing all vehicles of the bridge and then using the turbo of the car to jump.

I got it to work correctly without losing ANY cars, just shoving them from one end to the other. I did fall to my death once though, with that loose bit on the side.

The thing is, to get back to your car after the bridge is ready you have to sprint to clear the gap, and then in the car use turbo to jump over the cars clustered at the end of the "see-saw".
