Spray Help

Can someone please make the transparent parts transparent, or the white parts transparent, maybe add a drop shadow (if it looks good) but most importantly turn it into a VTF? I dont have Photoshop or PSP, The Gimp suits me fine for most things, except this, all the tutorials use PSP. :hmph:
Help anyone? The zip has a bmp and a tga of the spray i want.

Done! I added some purple glow to the edge of it, hope you dont mind.

To be honest, I wouldve preferred the glow to be black or blue, but thats just being picky. Kickass spray, thanks a bunch
