I have spring allergies, and it is kicking my ass.

Every time I wake up, I feel like there is a raw patch of burning skin on the inside of my nose/throat. I sneeze at the interval of at least once every minute, and each round hurts like no other. I feel dizzy and disoriented. I cannot think or function properly for most of the day.

Allergy medicine do not help.

been using this for a week now and i feel like 80% better

its cheap too. like $15 at walmart

i suffer from allergies pretty much only at spring time and fall time for roughly a month straight. headaches, breathing problems, dizzyness. i've had them for years but until recently they have almost gone away entirely. fyi, the neti pot helps a shitload of problems. try it bro

My dad used to force me to do this when I was young, but without him around, I had forgotten this.

You could be extreme and wear a dust mask and even goggles. I mean, seriously, if just temporarily. Try to clean your nose in the morning. Showers help too because you get the pollen out of your hair and because of the steam.

Another thing is to get allergen blocking pillow covers and keep your sheets and pillow case clean. You could also try burning down any nearby vegetation until you're living in a wasteland.

Same here. I'm sneezing and coughing practically every minute, and medicines' aren't helping.

**** you, pollen.

Yesterday I was totally going to post "Haven't had spring allergies in the past 4 years." Then I woke up at 1 AM sneezing and with an unstoppable runny nose. I'm not sure what it was, but I blame volunteering at this plant place where they have a giant room FULL of smelly flowers. Everyone walks through there like "Oooh it smells so good in here" and I'm just thinking, "Holy crap this is overwhelming, I'm about to get a massive headache."

Woke up this morning all better though.

guys seriously try the Neti Pot! it works every god damned time. clears headaches away, the sneezing, the dripping, just overall you'll feel better right away. especially those with a blocked nasal passage

I only have Photic sneeze reflex (looking at bright shit like the sun). But nothing more. Everyone in my family has some pollen related shit. I lucked out.

Woke up at 3 AM and started sneezing again. Maybe I just need to try actually sleeping through an entire night for once.

It cracks me up when I see another person's allergy face.

I have a pretty constant post nasal drip (year round) that triggers asthma attacks. I might be having surgery on my turbinates to reduce this but I'm very hesitant. Waiting for a second opinion.

I've been self medicating with benadryl and weed. The pot works like a charm.

No doubt. I was high for over a decade and I never knew I had allergies. Now I have to learn to deal. At least it gets better. It's usually the worst when I wake up in the morning.

Never get allergies too bad, seems to be practically nonexistant this year
