Yeh its not easy, exactly they probably spend lots of time over it. I cant see how it could possibly be a coincidence with "backwardslyrics" which directly relate to the song.

I've heard that and it doesn't sound like that at all, unless you really concentrate so you can "fool" your own mind into thinking it does.

When I first heard it without fipping the lyrics on I couldn't make anything out but when you turn the lyrics on you make youself think those are the words actually spoken.

I'm sure this applys to a majority of these backmasking alligations.

The first time i listened i clearly heard Satan twice : /

I think the guy is right, especially with the meaning of the lyrics, the going down to hell bit metaphor or whatever it is. Perhaps led zepplin tried to make it a trick of the mind. I dont know but it seems stupid for it not to be

edit- although when i try listening to it without lyrics, i can only hear sad satan, and 666

Exactly, it's only when you see what it's meant to sound like you can hear it clearly.

Its so weird when it says 666, he says it so "unnatural" it sounds like it was edited in. But I actually converted the mp3 to wav myself and revered it in sound recorder and got the same thing.
