Starcraft fans, I call upon you...

I'm going to redo the buttons for the races (I like them being there, but something needs to be done about the colors). The text is just a placeholder, a section from the Terran section of the manual.

You should have a little movie in the background of the banner (like where the pic is now) which loops over with static breaks to allow for a loop, but use it also to sort of show the diff races. So about a few frames of terran, static, few frames of zerg, static, few frames of Protoss, and static with back to terran.

I don't know flash and I don't have time to learn it at the moment. If someone who does wants to give me something to throw on there I wouldn't object, but I've always avoided stuff like that like the plague. It's like those flash menu generators... it looks generic a lot of the time.

Also, where are you imagining this to be on the banner?

Where the terran currently is. Or perhaps adding a screen-ripped pic of the console you see before every campaign mission and have that looping the video, but yes on the right.

I don't know, those 3 buttons there just stick out a bit....sore. I think they should be moved to either the other side, or maybe make them a little longer, and put them right under the banner?

The text is waaaay too wordy atm (or it looks too wordy, which amounts to the same thing).

ahhh why are people having a problem with the text, it's just there so the layout doesn't fold in on itself. I should have just wrote "lorem ipsum" over and over. there will be a news box and navigation there (and maybe five most recent forum posts or a poll, etc).
