I especially enjoyed the part where he said something about how if the US left Iraq now, there would be an EPIC battle, extremist Shia militia backed by IRAN and extremist Sunni militia backed by supporters of the old regime... He doesn't mind mentioning Iran, but GOD forbid he should mention Saudi Arabia.

State of the Union is hardly watchable. The rhythm of the speech always interrupted by the unsuitable applause makes me want to pull my hair off, especially when it's used to show acceptance to political warfare...

Meh, didnt bother watching this. President Bush is an awful speaker... but if I did watch TV last night, I'm sure I would have been watching Dirty Jobs.

I can't stand that he delivers every speech like he HASN'T been president for the last 6 years...it's absolutly ludicrous. Actually listening to his speech last night...*sigh*...this is probably the worst I've ever felt about my country. I'm actually embarrassed.

Okay, did anyone else laugh their asses off at John Kerry bolting for the door right after Bush said "God Bless!" That was so badass. And what the hell was Dick Cheney putting up to his mouth? I distinctly saw him do it while Bush was talking about healthcare. It could have been a flask of whiskey, or a stick of beef jerky, no idea.
