Static'y sound

Well I have not been getting all this stuttering like everyone else, only when I first load the map (first 10-20 seconds of gameplay, in both Hl2 and CS Source) then its gone. However when people are talking (Alyx, barney) i get a little static in the background, not much but it gets worse as I move around to different spots. Other then that the game is amazing so far... I just got the pistol...
