Steam Account Disabled..?

Hi! I was playing one day and the next morning i see a message when i logged in saying '' You Have Been Permanently Banned'' and ofc i got banned for cheating on a cheat server.. :\. Then like a week later im trying to log in to the account and voila another message saying ''This Steam Account Has Been Disabled''.. does valve have a right to disable my account just bcuz i cheated and got perma banned.?

well it says on their own site that the account should be playable still after beeing perm banned

there was like 14 other ppl who cheated and im the only 1 who got banned

This can't be because you were cheating. No way. You probably did something stupid and you know it. Cheats can only cause a VAC ban, not a disabled account. You did something stupid, someone reported you and your account was disabled for it. It can be reverted in some cases, you have to contact Steam Support.

If you didn't cheat on a VAC secured server then you won't be banned, but if you do cheat on a VAC secured server you have only yourself to blame.It bloody warns you when you connect that 'cheating will result in a permanent ban'
Are you sure those others were cheating? VAC works on a delay system so your VAC ban won't come into effect until later.They may get banned later. I doubt your Steam account was banned due to cheating it's the first time i've seen someone get a VAC ban then their Steam account disabled. Were you hacking Steam? What were your cheats doing? There are some cheats that mess around with Steam which is against the SSA and you will get your account disabled for that.

Chances are your account got disabled because you were trying to phish for a new one, because you knew that account would get banned.

This would be my best guess too, but the OP would not say that / ever admit it because of the laws of self preservation.
