i asked the question but they never answer it and why is valve pissing off everyone like this!!! i swear i have never ever had so much trouble trying to play a game that i bought for $80!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chill dude, they are busy, they will get back to you in due time.

Don't forget that it is your responsiblity to remember your account details. You agreed to that when you agreed to the EULA, so give them a little slack.

When you do get it back, can I suggest you change your secret question to something you will remmber, mothers maiden name or similar.
