Steam banged up...again!

I'm really tired of this, everytime that Steam tries to update the platform (not the game) it always get to something like 50-60% and then either freeze or revert back to 0%!!!! :angry: Sometimes, it just disappreared! And since I can't get the platform updates done, I am unable to get into Steam, thus preventing me from playing HL2 or CS:S!!!! Help meh!!!! ;(

I'm really tired of people posting everytime they have a problem with Steam.

I'm sure it's ****ed up with everyone at least once. Hell, everytime i signed in with another program running it'd make my computer grind to a complete halt until the last update.

Yes. It's ****ed, but they're always working on it so tell Valve what it's doing and they might be able to do something. They'll be doing a damn sight more than anyone on this forum anyway!

My advice - just keep trying ... deleteing clientregistry.blob can help sometimes.
And to Sid Burn ... grow up and don't steal other people's money or suggest that others should. It's simple.
