So you've all probably seen various forum and reddit posts regarding someones Steam account being banned when they are innocent. And they try to get help from support on it, and they don't help. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I understand that Valve is a relatively small company as small as employees go, but they are the #1 online game distributor. Millions of people spend thousands of dollars collecting games; so I think that it is expected that they need to have a system in place to dispute a Steam ban. Heck, they don't even have phone support. What are your thoughts?
