Steam being odd? :S

I've just installed steam on a fresh windows 7 but for some reason my hole games library is empty other then the message:

"You have not yet added any games to your library or there are no games matching your current filter. Shop in the Steam store or choose to 'Show' another category above to display items here."

Seems kind of odd as I own a crap ton of games. Any ideas on how to get them back?

They're doing maintenance right now and its happened to other people where their library's are empty. I think everything should be back up 8:00 AM PST.

Ah awesome! Thats cool, I thought it had something to do with the fresh install but if they are doing some kind of maintenance there is nothing to worry about yet
